01INTENTIONS / DAILY · WEEKLY · MONTHLY
Keep the intention. Choose the date later.
“Finish a book this month” and “Read for half an hour on Friday” are different kinds of plans. One needs a place to stay visible; the other needs a time on the calendar.
Keep undated intentions with their week or month. Move them into a day when the timing becomes clear, so today remains easy to read.
Important does not always mean today.
02CONTEXT / DETAILS & MEMORIES
Keep the context, not just the checkmark.
A meeting, a trip, or an afternoon with friends is more than a title. The things to bring, questions to discuss, and references to keep all belong with the plan.
Afterwards, leave a sentence or two: what changed, what comes next, or a moment worth remembering. The record then has a story around it.
03REFLECTION / A MOMENT TO LOOK BACK
Step back and see the rhythm.
A day holds details. A week reveals a rhythm. A month gives a sense of direction. A review need not be long, or simply count the tasks completed.
- What is worth continuing?
- What can be left behind?
- What deserves a little more room next?
